When we were asked by Chester agency, Lemondrop Creative, to produce a book to be used by teachers in the great outdoors, we had the solution. Printed onto a durable synthetic paper by our HP Indigo digital press, this book will withstand the test of the elements (not to mention the odd accidental spill)!
Printing waterproof leaflets and booklets
Johnsons have had a number of projects where indoor and outdoor durability were key factors to the products success. These projects have seen us create posters, leaflets and waterproof maps. All of which needed to last the test of time and the British weather.
The synthetic paper prints beautifully and is suitable for printing using the industry recognised HP Indigo digital press. This means we are able to print both long and short runs, very cost effectively. Furthermore, this substrate offers additional cost efficiency as it doesn’t require any lamination.
The ability to print directly to the substrate also offers a superior look and finish to the booklet.
Printing other weather Resistant Products
Johnsons can provide a whole range of printed products for outdoor durability. These range from posters and leaflets to pavement signs and roller banners. Give the team a call 01270 625 207 to discuss further, or use the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Community Forests
“Trees for Learning” is a book provided by the Department for Environment to aid teachers in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. England’s Community Forests are situated within and close to our largest cities and towns and work to improve their communities with trees. The book helps teachers educate children about trees in a fun way whilst positively tackling subjects such as climate change and the importance of our community forests for future generations.
