Wall and Window Graphics at Reaseheath Zoo
Collaborating with Neil Barlow from Creative Output and Johnsons Printers, the Brand and Design Team at Reaseheath College oversaw the transformation of the Zoo brand into a captivating and inspiring visual experience.

The project consists of window graphics and plotted wall graphics, together with Foamex boards. The boards adding depth to the overall wall designs and a centre-piece for information.
The printed and plotted vinyl characters were printed on our AGFA Anapurna printing press, and then cut to shape with its partnered AGFA Acorta cutter. We were able to create the vibrant colours via the Anapurna’s 6 colour process, enabling us to expand on the usual CMYK colour gamut.
Visuals and site survey
During the survey profiles of each wall are created and passed on to the designer. This enables the studio to lay artwork over the profiles so any obstructions or size changes can be amended. These designs are then checked again before production to ensure both print and installation will be as intended by the studio.
Installation of Wall Vinyls and Window Vinyls
The wall graphics at Reaseheath Zoo included both wall vinyls and window vinyls. The window vinyls were produced in reverse and backed up with a printed white ink, creating a 6+1 colour process that gives the graphics great durability and longevity.

Reaseheath Mini Zoo is located within the stunning grounds of Reaseheath College. It is open to the public during school holidays. There are animals from all around the world at Reaseheath, which creates a fabulous and interesting day out. Theres a chance to interact with the animals, be a zoo keeper for the day as well as many more activities available for all ages.
