Mesh Banner Covers for Heras Fencing

Printed Heras Fence covers are produced in fabric or mesh banner material to allow air to pass through easily. This puts less stress on the Heras fencing than a PVC banner or rigid sign, and presents a large area for branding.
We are able to print high quality covers at a cost effective price due to our investment in the most up to date print technology. Give our team a call to discuss in more detail or email sales@jprint.co.uk
How To Install Printed Heras Fence Covers

Heras fencing covers are easy to install. The lightweight material is easily attached to the fencing. They can be applied by cable tie or bungee in a few minutes via the reinforced eyelets on each side of the fence cover. Air flow through the material is excellent and will not put stress on the fencing which is particular critical in high winds.

Our Printed Heras Fence Covers offer a very cost effective alternative to hoarding boards and where there are no substantial timber or metal hoarding to attach hoarding boards.
Print Quality and Colour Matching
As always, our exceptional quality control extends to printing on all of our wide format products. Where colour or brand matching is critical we can offer sampling showing a section of the printed Heras fencing covers.
Mesh Banners

Johnsons also manufacture mesh banners. The banners are printed onto a lightweigh mesh substrate which allows air to flow through the banner. Mesh banners are required in those areas where high winds can cause damage and where additional weight to structures is not advised. Take a look at our mesh banner printing pages.
House Builder Flags and Marketing Suite Graphics
The House Builder flags and flagpoles are the most popular product. They are 6 metres tall to the top of the finial, and include a 2 metre long x 900mm wide flag. This portrait flag drapes permanently from a rotating arm ensuring a permanently expanded graphic even when there is little or no breeze.
The flags are weighted from the base and attached to the flagpole by a weighting ring and mast bands. This ensures the flag drapes permanently to enhance the graphics, logo's or text. The knitted polyester flags are single sided and have a 95% show through, giving a graphic on both sides of the flag.

Double sided flags
Many clients go for double sided flags which include a light-block liner to prevent graphics merging together from both sides. However, the flags look fantastic as a single sided flag where the lightweight fabric drapes well and lasts that little bit longer.Marketing Suite & Construction Site Printed Graphics

Printed Event Signs - Cut to shape

Installing Event Signs
We can make all our signage suitable for self-installation. Whether you use existing structures and posts or its a quick to install, free standing frame, we can give you the best solutions. We also have a team of fitters to help you when required. We have high access equipment for those difficult to access signs, and podium towers where needed. All our fitters have relevant health and safety certification.Selecting the right Board
Most event signage we supply is printed with single use in mind. However, if you are organising an event which will be repeated, you may want to reuse your signs wherever possible. There are three main temporary sign solutions.Correx or Foamex Board?

Foamex Boards
Foamex is a trade name for a rigid PVC board, available in a range of thicknesses including 3mm and 5mm. The thickness of the Foamex board is very often dependent on the size of the sign. This is the most ideal substrate if your attempting to re-use your event signage.PVC Banner & PVC Mesh

Wooden Totem/Monolith signs

Which Wood is Used on the Monolith?
Our client requested an Oak finish on the signs. We were able to create a similar colour and grain to Oak, from Idigbo. This timber is very stable and is hard enough to take fixings extremely well. Although the Idigbo doesn't necessarily need to be treated, though it does add to its durability and stability if a coating is added. Call us to discuss which treatment is best for your wooden signage.Double sided wooden monolith signs
Although both monolith signs were double sided, we also crafted a single sided version of the signs which could be attached to railings. Because this was a single sided wooden sign, the fixtures were finished on the back to a high standard, and painted to match the railings.

Durable Printed hoarding, with exceptional print quality

We use only the best aluminium composite substrates for all our signage and hoarding, ensuring a durable solution. Anti-graffiti laminate can also be applied which not only protects but will enhance the graphic. We also print to a quality that reproduces your design with accurate colour reproduction using the much coveted AGFA workflow software.
Free Site Survey
We offer a free site survey to assess the area, take measurements and discuss the style of hoarding that is required. At this stage we would measure and assess the hoarding structure the graphics will be fixed to, and then record any variations in height that may affect the run of the graphics.
Creating artwork for hoarding
If you are designing the hoarding panels, we would submit a scale template for you to render your graphics on to. This will allow you to see exactly how your graphics will appear when the hoarding project is completed. Call Jamie Brelsford on 01270 625 207 to discuss in more detail.
Hoarding Design Styles

There are a number of different ways to present your graphics onto existing hoarding structure. A complete covering with anti-graffiti laminate and complete with header and kickers are the most popular, but you can reduce expenditure by using boards in a landscape orientation. This band of graphics is usually centred across the hoarding, and as long as the hoarding is painted, it will be perfectly adequate to get your message across.

Other examples include acrylic logo's and text to add depth to the design. Solar spotlights can add a little more attention to the site too.
We can always discuss your design ideas during the site survey, or by phone using images of the site. If you need us to help design your hoarding, our studio will work with you to go through the brief and present design ideas to scale.

FAQ's
We were asked by Fluid design agency to produce premium hoarding for their client in Kent. As well as the usual printed hoarding boards, this also included cut acrylic letters and logo's, tray signs and solar powered spotlights to highlight the branding.

Cut Acrylic Lettering & Logo's

The cut acrylic letters and logo's were produced on our flatbed cutting facility in Cheshire. The depths of the acrylic used was 19mm, 10mm and 5mm. Whilst the 5mm letters were adhered direct to the hoarding boards, the larger 10mm and 19mm acrylic letters were adhered using locators, projecting them some 20mm away form the hoarding board surface. This gave the hoarding a premium look.
Tray signs on hoarding boards

Solar Powered Lighting used on Hoarding
To add to this premium hoarding, we used solar powered spotlights. These were positioned on the acrylic text and logo at regular intervals across the length of the hoarding. As the acrylics were fixed with locators, the lighting during the evening accentuated the depth between hoarding boards. The solar panels had to be positioned in a direction to maximise exposure to the sun.

Printed Hoarding Boards
The hoarding boards between the logo boards were traditionally printed using our AGFA workflow and flatbed printing presses. The site survey identified areas where the hoarding boards

In some areas the cut acrylic letters were added to tray signs. The tray signs were made from 3mm folded ACM with a return of 50mm. This not only increased the premium look of the hoarding but also meant that these could be repositioned and re-used in the future.
