Disposable Menu’s
If you are going to be using menu’s which can be kept by your customer, we can design your menu in a number of ways. We keep these very cost effective and are ideal as give-away menu’s.
The Z – Fold or 6 page menu is ideal to fit a lot of information within the pages.
This menu is essentially 6 pages and can be designed in seperate panels or opened into a full A4 or A3 display. The A4 folded size is 99mm x 210mm and is easy for your customer to takeaway.
4 page menu printed to a finished size of A5 or A4.
This is the most popular menu orientation when using images alongside your menu selection. These are folded to offer a front and back page so when opened the centre section gives ample room for images and menu lists.
The single or double sided menu can be produced in almost any size.
These are the most cost effective way to produce a disposable printed menu. Ususally sized at A4 or A5 they are a cost effective way of producing a menu list.

Printing menu’s, business cards and signage for Cheshire restaurant, Raffaele gave our whole team a chance to work together on one project. Our design, litho, digital and signage teams produced a range of menu’s, business cards and signage.
Menu Printing
Our menu printing and design supplies a wide range of restaurants and pubs around Cheshire, North Wales and the Potteries. Raffaele is a beautiful restaurant situated in the busy market town of Sandbach, Cheshire.
When a fresh new look was required to reflect their fayre, Johnsons produced design ideas and created a full set of menu options, including the huge six page fold-out main and evening menu.
We also followed this up by printing and installing Raffaele’s new signage to complete the restaurants re-brand.

The signage was designed to follow the branding created during the menu design.
We then printed the signs at our print unit in Crewe, which specialises in high quality wide format print production. Our installation team completed the signage by fitting shortly after it came off the press!
